In a loaded District with 10 of the 13 teams with at least a .500 record and 4 teams ranked in the top 11 in Division IV there were some interesting placemenst. With only 3 byes in the district, the top three seeded teams all choose to play in the sectional semifinals. Leaving the byes to #4 seeded Wayne Trace (Wayne Trace is #10 in the state in Division IV), #7 seeded Delphos St John’s , and #10 seeded Pandora Gilboa. #1 seeded (#2 in the state) Arlington will take on Cory-Rawson in one sectional semifinal. #2 seeded (#7 in the state) Ottoville will take on Continental in another sectional semifinal. #3 seeded (#11 in the state) North Baltimore will take on Fort Jennings in another sectional semifinal. Top four seed in the Ottaw Glandorf District thave a combined record of 67-5! Seeds 5-7 (Kalida, Delphos St John’s, and McComb) are no cupcakes with a combined record of 40-15.
