Volleyball: A pair of state ranked teams highlight the 2017 Ottawa Glandorf Division IV Volleyball District field. Putnam County League foes #7 Leipsic and #16 Columbus Grove enter as favorites for a top seed. The Ottawa-Glandorf field features all the Putnam County League teams except #4 ranked Ottoville who will travel to the Van Wert District. Gone from the 2016 Ottawa Glandorf District are Hardin Northern and Upper Scioto Valley while Lima Temple Christian and Lima Central Catholic move into the District. Ada, Columbus Grove, Continental, and Leipsic currently have winning records while Lima Central Catholic and Miller City have even records. Last year McComb advanced out of the district and made it to the State Semifinals.
Seeding for the Ottawa Glandorf District will be on Oct 8. Sectional games will be held on October 16 and 19 at the better seeded teams home court. District semifinals (October 24) and District Final (October 26) will be held at Ottawa Glandorf.
