It looks like a lot of good games and balance at the top in the OHSAA Girls Basketball DIV Ottawa Glandorf District. Putnam County swept the top 4 spots and 6 of the top 7. The top 4 seeds all took a bye to the Sectional finals. #1 seed Ottoville has already claimed at least a share of the Putnam County League crown but are joined with #2 seed Columbus Grove and #3 seed Kalida at the top of the PCL standings with 1 loss. Columbus Grove was the 2023 District Champion and Regional Finalist. Miller City checks in at the #4 seed while Lincolnview claimed the #5 seed and is the only non PCL team in the top 7 seeds. #6 seed Leipsic and #7 seed Pandora Gilboa round out the top PCL seeds. The tops seeds will host the sectional semifinals and finals and the draw worked out that the 7 top seeds will host 1 game each. #9 seed Cory Rawson picked up the other home game when #8 seed Delphos St Johns choose a path at Leipsic and then potentially at Miller City. Continental will open the tournament at Lincolnview.
The winner of the Ottawa Glandorf District winner will advance to the Elida Regional and will match up against the Ostego District winner. The other side of the Elida Regional matches Fostoria District winner against the Defiance District winner.
