Phyllis Brooks Fabian passed away January 27, 2014, in Pittsboro, North Carolina. From her childhood on an Ohio farm, Phyllis took on the world with resourcefulness and endless generosity. Besides being a devoted wife to Stephen (deceased), a true friend and a caring neighbor, she was an avid golfer and a creative cook. She leaves two daughters, Pam (Thom) Fabian Gradisher and Paula Fabian, a brother, Gerald (Helen) Brooks of Bluffton, a sister, Joan (Dan H.) Heitzman of Cloverdale, sisters in law, Eunice Brooks of Continental and Jean Brooks of Bear Lake, MI, as well as many fond nieces and nephews to celebrate her life.
