Looking to improve on last seasons last years 8-14 the Pirates enter the season with 3 returning starters. Last year the Pirates season ended up with a sectional semifinal lost to Edgerton at Bryan. Returning for the Pirates are starters Juniors Wade Stauffer, Tyler Williamson, and Jacob Williams. Sophomores Tyler Brecht and Caleb Olds are the other returning letter winners. Rounding out the Pirate varsity roster is Senior Terry Dockery III, Junior Dean Krendl, Sophomores Chris Potts, Dylan Coleman, and Cameron Mason. The Pirate Varsity is coached by Kurtis Brown assisted by Ross Morgan, Brandon Schmidt, and Todd Tegenkamp.
The Pirate Varsity Cheer Squad is made up of Seniors Amelia Weller, Keagan Grime, and Kayla Troyer. Other Varsity Cheerleaders are Briley Collier, Brooke Davis, Breanne Eickholt, Sydney Eickholt, Alivia Homier, and Paige Lawhorn. Cheerleader Advisors are Jill Streicher and Jami Sullivan.
The Pirate Boys reserve have Sophomores Cameron Mason, Dylan Coleman, Chris Potts, and Christian Keller. Freshman on the JV squad are Konnor Okuley, Taron Butler, Zach Moran, Jarret Keck, Jason Warner, Alex Hale, Nick States, and Bryce Slattman. The JV are coached by Nathan Schmidt.
The Pirates Junior Varsity Cheer Squad has Senior Bradi Baltrip, and Mckenzie Bartley, Kaytlin Bibler, Jamie Etter, Sierra Prowant, and Darcy Sybert.
