Did all the ball cross all the line? With 7:22 left in the game a Pirate shot floated over the Wildcat goalie. The Wildcat goalie, two steps into goalbox, caught the ball in front of him. Pirate faithful thought the ball crossed the line but the only opinion that matters is the referee and he ruled save. The play pretty much summed up the whole game. Pirate forwards would have great opportunities only to be turned away by great saves by the both the Wildcat starting and backup goalies. Pirates and Wildcats fought to a 0-0 tie.
