Pirate Boys Soccer Stay DIII in Soccer

No surprise here as Continental High remained in Division III with an enrollment 53 and a competitive balance adder of 7 for a total of 60. This makes Continental the 16th smallest school in the state to offer Boys Soccer. The rest of the Putnam County League teams are also in Division III. Fort Jennings has a total enrollment number 50 (43 students, 7 CB) and is the 8th smallest school in the Division. Ottoville is one above with a total enrollment number of 51, (50, 1) and is the 9th smallest schools in the Division. Miller City and Kalida are the 11th and 12 smallest schools in the Division. Miller City has a total enrollment number of 54 (53, 1) while Kalida has 55 (52, 3). Ottawa Glandorf (203,0) missed being in Division III by 10 students.

Westerville Northside Christian is the smallest school in the state to offer Boys Soccer with a total enrollment number of 23 (22,1). Tipp City Bethel (178,15) and Cincinnati Maremont (192,1) are the largest Divison III Schools with an enrollment number of 193.

Six teams will be moving down from Division II. ZANESVILLE WEST MUSKINGUM, YOUNGSTOWN URSULINE, CINCINNATI COUNTRY DAY, LIMA BATH, ELYRIA CATHOLIC, and COLUMBUS ACADEMY. Columbus Academy was a State Semifinalist in Division II last year.

Eight teams moved up to Division II from Division III. CARLISLE, JEFFERSON AREA, BATAVIA CLERMONT NORTHEASTERN, AMANDA-CLEARCREEK, FAIRVIEW PARK, CADIZ HARRISON CENTRAL, RAVENNA SOUTHEAST, Cleveland ST MARTIN de PORRES.
