Continental High Girls Soccer team was assigned to the OHSAA Division III Evergreen District. Miller City is the only other Putnam County Team assigned to this Northwest District. The rest of the Putnam County League teams were assigned the Ottoville District. In 2020 Archbold advanced out of the Evergreen District and was eliminated by Eastwood in the Regional Semifinals.
Sectional games will be held at the better seeded site the week of October 18. District games will be at Evergreen High school the week of October 25.
Teams making up the DIII Evergreen District: Archbold, Continental, Delta, Evergreen, Liberty Center, Miller City, Otsego, Ottawa-Glandorf, Ottawa Hills, Swanton.
