
On Friday, Continental High Track teams went to Wayne Trace to participate in the Wayne Trace Invitational. The 14 team meet had both Pirate squads tallying 20 points. For the Girls Katie Keller led with a 1st (300M Hurdles) and a 3rd (100M Hurdles). Shelby Collier placed fourth in the Pole Vault. For the Boys Eli Troyer (High Jump) and Curtis Mansfield (Discus) both had 3rd place finished. The Boys 4x200M Realy placed 4th while Christian Keller (400M) and Garrett Recker (1600M) both placed 5th.
The boys portion of the meet was not decided till the last event as Tinora was crowned champion with 79 poitns, Edon had 77, and Fairview 75. The Pirates finished 10th in the field with 20 points. The Girls meet had Pettisville winning with 88 points while Lincolnview had 83 points. Continental placed 9th in the Girls team standing with 20 points.
Pirates track teams will be back in action on Tuesday as they travel to Crestview for a Quad meet.
