Continental Boys Soccer was ranked 9th in the first North West OSSCA Divison III poll. The Pirates have started the season at 3-0 and have not given up a goal. Putnam County Rivals Kalida (#7) and Ottoville (9th) are also ranked in North West DIII poll. Others on the Pirate schedule that are ranked in North West Ohio DIII are Archbold (#5) and Riverdale (#6) while Napoleon is ranked 9th in the DII poll. Ottawa Hills and Van Buren are #1 and #2 in Northwest Ohio DIII. Ottawa Hills is ranked #1 in the statewide DIII poll while Van Buren is ranked 9th.
Although Continental Girls Soccer team has started 3-1 they are not ranked. No Putnam County League teams are ranked in North West Ohio. Archbold (#5) and Crestview (#10) are on the Pirates schedule and ranked in the North West Ohio poll. Defiance is ranked #6 in the Northwest Ohio DII poll. Northwest Ohio teams ranked in the state DIII poll are Lake (#5), Liberty Center (#13) and Liberty Benton (#15).
