On Tuesday Continental High Played host to Lima Temple Christian in non league action. Continental controlled the action with Westin Okuley opening the Pirates scoring with an assist from Reed Warnement at the 30:32 mark in the first. Alex Sharritis would put in a pass from Rhenn Armey to make it 2-0 Pirates with 24:47 left in the first half. In return Sharritis set up Armey for a goal to make it 3-0 Pirates with 18:41 left in the first half. Westin Okuley would get a second goal while Armey picked up his second assist for the Pirates with 13:42 left in the half. Hunter Tegenkamp hit the back of the net off a pass from Wyatt Davis with 8:58 left in the half Pirates, Pirates 5-0. 40 seconds later Armey would get goal number 2 off a Braxton Stegbauer pass. The scoring in the first half ended with the Pirates in the lead 6-0.
Armey would get the hat trick a little under 5 minutes into the second half off a pass from Carson Etter. Sharritis would get his second goal 10 minutes into the second half off a pass from Andrew Hoeffel. Pirates win 8-0
Rhenn Armey finished with 3 goals and 2 assists. Alex Sharritis got 2 goals and 1 assist. Westin Okuley scored 2 goals. Hunter Tegenkamp had 1 goal. Reed Warnament, Wyatt Davis, Braxton Stegbauer, Carson Etter, and Andrew Hoeffel each had 1 assist.
Continental out shot the Pioneers 8-1. Konnor Knipp-Williams got the shutout in goal for the Pirates with 1 save. The Pioneers had 4 corner kicks to the Pirates 1.
