Tuesday Night had a pair of OHSAA DIII Boys Soccer Kalida District assignees meet as Continental traveled to Lincolnview. A pair of goals, about 10 mintues int each half made the difference. The Pirates go on the board first as Braxton Stegbauer put a pass from Bain Stegbauer in the back of the net with 31:57 left in the first half. Pirates 1-0 half. Pirate Collin Davis hit the back of the net with 29:06 left in the game. Pirates 2-0 final.
Braxton Stegbauer and Collin Davis both scored 1 goal for the Pirates. Bain Stegbauer picked up one assist.
The Pirates had 12 shots on goal to the Lancers 4. The Lancers had a 3-1 advantage in corner kicks.
Continental improves to 5-4-1 and will host Kalida on Friday in a Putnam County League match. Lincolnview falls to 4-3-2.
