On Tuesday the Pirates hosted Tinora. Tinora had a 3 game sweep as they won 25-11, 25-18, 25-18. The Pirates fall to 1-6.
Continental 3, Temple Christian 0
On Saturday the Volleyball team traveled to Lima to take on the Temple Christian Pioneers. The Pirates took all three sets 25-15, 25-19 25-13. The VolleyPirates are now 2-6 while the Pioneers are 0-9.
Boys Soccer
Continental 0, Temple Christian 0
On Tuesday the Pirates travelled to Lima to take on the Pioneers. In a game that saw the Pioneers lead in shoots on goal 9-3 the Pirate goalie, Trevor Williamson came up big with 8 saves and the shutout. The Pirates move to 3-2-1.
Fort Jennings 3, Continental 0
On Thursday the Pirates travelled to Fort Jennings for their second PCL matchup of the year. The Musketeers came out early and scored all the goals in the first 11 minutes of the game. The Musketeer first goal came at the 3 minute mark and was followed by 2 more in the next 7 minutes. Fort Jennings, last year a regional finalist, is now 3-2, 2-0 in PCL while the defending PCL champ Pirates are now 3-3-2, 1-1 in the PCL. Trevor Williamson was in the goal for the Pirates.

Fort Jennings 3, Continental 1
On Tuesday the Pirates hosted Fort Jennings in their PCL matchup. The difference in game was whose shots in goal went in as Continental had 9 shots on goal while Fort Jennings had 10. Brandi Kaskel found the back of the net 3 times for the Musketeers while Amelia Weller scored once for the Pirates. Ashley Mansfield was the Pirates goalie. The Pirates fall to 1-5, 0-1 in PCL, the Musketeers are now 3-3, 1-2 in the PCL.
Continental 2, Defiance 1
On Saturday the Pirates hosted the Defiance Bulldogs in a non league effort. Defiance peppered the goal with 19 shots while the Pirates only put 9 on goal. Kaitlyn Bibler and Paige Lawhorn both got one by the Bulldog goalie for the Pirates 2. Ashley Mansfield was the Pirate goalie. The Pirates move to 2-5.
