Pirates in Action, February 22 – 27

All that is left on the Pirates winter Varsity sports schedule is Tournament action.  The Pirates will open tournament at Kalida in an OHSAA Division IV Elida District Sectional Semifinal.  Kalida won the Putnam County league matchup 52-29 that was close at the half.  Kalida is 17-5 and the #4 seed in the District.  Continental is 8-13 and #9 seed in the District.  The winner will move on to play the winner of #13 seed Patrick Henry and #5 seed Lincolnview in the Sectional Finals.  Location of the Sectional Final will be at the better seeded site.

Ticket sales will be limited with no sales at the door.  The game will be live streamed on WOSN https://app.wosn.tv/live and will cost $7.
