Continental High was assigned to the OHSAA Division IV Boys Basketball Elida District along with all other Putnam County League schools except Columbus Grove. Columbus Grove will play in the Division III Lima Senior District where one of the Sectional sites is Miller City. Other teams in the Elida District are Cory Rawson, Crestview, Delphos Jefferson, Delphos ST Johns, and Lincolnview. Gone from the Elida District from 2022 is Columbus Grove (moved to Division III) and Patrick Henry (moved to DIV Defiance District). New to the field is Delphos Jefferson who moved down from Division III last year.
Bluffton University and Van Wert High School are hosts for the Sectional games which will be played February 20-25. District games will be at Elida from February 27-March 4.
