Putnam County Help Me Grow and Putnam County W.I.C. programs are sponsoring a Baby Fair on May 9th from 1:30-3:30pm. Admission is free and open to Putnam County pregnant moms and moms of infants and toddlers. The event will be held at the Putnam County Educational Service Center in Ottawa.
