A tie at halftime quickly turned to a Tinora advantage as they outscored the Lady Pirates 13-4 in the third quarter on way to a 47-35 Ram victory. In a non-league Thursday night matchup at Tinora the Rams jumped out to a 14-7 advantage after the one. The Pirates regrouped and caught up the Rams 24 all at halftime. The second half was all Rams as they had a 9 point advantage in the third and a 3 point advantage in the fourth for the 47-35 final.
Leading the way for the Pirates was Amber Logan who scored a game high 19 points (two 3 pointers). Jade Zachrich had 6, Paige Lawhorn 5 (one 3 pointer), Alivia Homier 3, and Ashley Mansfield 2.
The Pirates are now 0-4 while the Rams improve to 1-4. The Pirates are in action next on Tuesday December 8 at Fairview.
Tinora won the Junior Varsity game 43-35.
