OTTAWA – Ray J. McCormack, Jr., 77, of Ottawa died at 9:50 p.m. Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at The Meadows at Putnam Acres, Ottawa. He was born July 22, 1937 in Ft. Wayne, IN to the late Ray and Eleanor (McVay) McCormack, Sr. He is survived by several cousins.
Ray worked at the Brookhill Workshop in Ottawa.
There will be a graveside memorial service 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 30, 2014 at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Ft. Wayne, IN, with Pastor Chuck Schmunk officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Heitmeyer Funeral Home, Ottawa.
