We have had some extremely windy days lately. Please take a moment to check the condition of your flag – is it tattered, shredded or faded? It may be time to replace it. How do you properly dispose an unserviceable flag? Your local American Legion Post will gladly accept your old flag and properly dispose of it with respect in their Unserviceable Flag Ceremony. There is a flag collection drop-box in the entrance to Post 541 Canteen.
