The Putnam County Health Dept. has expanded their clinic hours at the Health Deptment. See below to find the time that works best for you. Reminder: We will also be at the Leipsic Community Center on Aug. 14th. from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Call us at 419-523-5608 to schedule an appointment for your student!
