A trio of Continental High Soccer players were named to the North West Ohio Scholastic Soccer Coaches Division V first team. Seniors Collin Davis and Bain Stegbauer were named to the first team boys while Junior Mackenzie Shock was named to the girls first team. All three were named to their respective first teams in the Putnam County League. Junior Breece Prowant was named to the Girls second team while Junior Mackenzie Niese and Junior Morgan Dockery was named to the Girls District Honorable Mention Roll. Juniors Jackson Bidlack and Rhettik Bowers were named to the Boys District Honorable Mention.
Pirate Head Coach Brian Stegbauer was named DV District Public Coach of the Year while Pirate Assistant Coach Dalton Bradform was named the Assistant Coach of the Year. The Pirates claimed the PCL Boys Title.
Ottoville Big Green head coach received the Team Sportsmanship award. Kalida’s Girls Coach David Kehres was awarded DV District Public School Coach of the Year, while Wildcats assistant coach Abby Wurth earned Assistant Coach of the Year.
Columbus Grove’s Lauryn Auchmuty was celebrated as Girls DV Player of the Year.
