
Saturday it was all Pirates as the Continental High Girls Soccer travelled to Wauseon for non league action. A total of 8 Pirates scored led by Mackenzie Shock’s 4 goals and Breece Prowant’s 2 goals. The Pirates took an early 2-0 lead with a pair of goals in the first 5 minutes of the game. Morgan Dockery picked up an assist on the first goal. The Pirates 2-0 stood for 30 minutes then Abby Rue found the back of the net with 6 minutes to go to put the Pirates up 3-0. Shock would put in her third goal of the game with 3:44 left in the half. Pirates 4-0 half. Just like the start of the game Shock came out and scored her 4th goal of the day a minute and half into the second half. Pirates 5-0. Kamryn Searfoss made it 6-0 with 34:08 left in the game. Morgan Dockery put the Pirates up 7-0 with 32:02 left. Maeci Dockery scored with 26:16 left to put the Pirates up 8-0. The Indians found the back of the net with 16:03 left to make it 8-1 Pirates. Addie Troyer put the Pirates up 9-1 with 14:29 left. Breece Prowant added 2 goals, at 12:25 and 9:47 to go, to put the Pirates up 11-1. Emmie Wollam finished off the scoring by hitting the back of the net with 4:29 left. Pirates 12-1 final
Makenzie Shock led the Pirates with 4 goals and a assist. Breece Prowant scored 2 goals. Maeci Dockery had a save and an assist. Abby Rue, Morgan Dockery, Emmie Wollam, Addie Troyer, Kamryn Seafoss, and Mackenzie Niese all scored 1 goal.
Mackenzie Niese picked up the win for the Pirates in goal making 1 save. Morgan Shock finished the game in goal. Continental outshot Waueson 23-3 and had a 6-2 advantage in corner kicks.
