Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention To Be Offered in Continental – Register Now

The Putnam County Health Department is excited to announce that we will be offering another series of Tai Chi classes in June. The 8 week session will meet 2 times per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting June 3rd. Classes will be held at Christ UM Church on South Main St in Continental. These classes are open to all. Make sure to register to get your spot in the class since space is limited.
