Thank you to all who attended our 2016 Turkey Supper! It was a chilly afternoon with a little bit of snow falling and still you came – we were honored. We especially want to thank those in our community who helped with the preparation, cooking, serving and clean-up. Without all of you, we would not have been able to serve over 700 meals in less than two hours! In honor of those volunteers, the United Methodist Womens Group will make a donation to the Continental Library. For over 80 years the community has supported our annual Turkey Supper and for that we are grateful. Plans for the 2017 meal will begin with the sweet corn being planted in the Spring. To God be the glory!
