The Putnam County Horse Council held their annual Open Horse Performance Horse Show and Open Contest Show on Saturday June 8, 2019. The county 4H horse members earn points at this show that go towards the High Point Awards presented at the Putnam County Fair. This show is sponsored by area businesses and individuals every year.
