Putnam County officials are hosting a town hall meeting to inform and educate the public on the growing concern of the Opiate/Heroin Epidemic around us. The forum is expected to last approximately 90 minutes and will be held at the Putnam County Education Service Center, 124 Putnam Parkway, Ottawa OH on Monday, March 7 at 6pm. This event is open to everyone (of all ages) and all are encouraged to attend this educational event.
