Continental and Christ United Methodist Churches are offering a Book Study/Discussion during Lent in the Wilbur & Marcella Kruse Community Room at the Continental Branch Library. We will be studying “The Friends of Jesus” by Karen Kingsbury. In this six-session study, we will explore six people in the life of Jesus and the depth of friendship that is found with each one: Simon the Leper, Jairus, Martha, Mary Magdalene, Peter and John.
