Web based Zsports now has a firm foundation. They will be moving into a new studio in the Oddfellows building on Main Street in downtown Ottawa. They hope be in the new place by August 1st to be ready for their fall sports lineup.
With a focus on Putnam County Sports focus Zsportslive.com and sister station WZOQradio.com will be airing a pair of high school football contests each Friday night. They plan on broadcasting Columbus Grove, Leipsic, and Pandora Gilboa football contests. Opening the season is the annual Zsportslive.com bowl between the Columbus Grove Bulldogs and Pandora Gilboa Rockets. Associated with this game is a fundraiser designed to help fund each schools program.
Football is not the only fall sport on Zsports this fall as a number of soccer games (boys and girls) will be featured on almost a nightly basis. This will again feature games involving Putnam County teams. When sports is not on the dial then music will be playing.
The new studio will allow Zsports to do more live shows and participate in community events. They are web based and are on the tune-in radio app.
