Don & Sharon F. Ratliff says
Teddy and Rhonda, I was so very sorry to learn of Jean’s passing. She was the sweetest and most caring little cousin. Jean visited with Don and me when we lived in the apartment in Grundy quite often. I always enjoyed her company. Don and I loved visiting Uncle Tolby and Aunt Clara; Don used to call your dad, “Uncle Tolby.” Our families are growing smaller and smaller, aren’t they? I pray that you will find peace and comfort in knowing that this cousin loves you all dearly!!! God bless you greatly. Don and Sharon Ratliff Bristol, TN
